MPs paid tribute to victims of the Israel-Hamas battle by holding a minute’s silence in parliament on Monday, 16 October.
In a speech within the Home of Commons, Rishi Sunak stated that no less than six Britons had been killed in Hamas’s “pogrom” in Israel and an extra 10 are lacking.
The prime minister added that the UK should “help completely Israel’s proper to defend itself” and referred to as for the fast launch of the round 200 hostages taken by the militant group.
Mr Sunak additionally stated that Palestinian persons are “victims of Hamas too” as he introduced an additional £10 million of support funding.
